Do you take a percentage of what you recover?
No. Counterproof is a flat monthly fee you choose up front ($29–99, or a free tier). There are no success fees and no retroactive billing — you pay the same whether you recover $200 or $20,000.
Can I see the evidence before it is sent?
Yes. Every packet — the rebuttal letter and every exhibit — is shown to you for review before anything reaches the bank. You can edit the letter or decline to submit.
What happens with disputes I should not fight?
Triage tells you when a dispute is not worth fighting and explains why, with the economics shown. Those disputes never count toward your plan’s fought-dispute limit.
Which payment processors are supported?
Shopify Payments and Stripe. For Stripe you provide a restricted key; for Shopify Payments the app saves the packet back so Shopify’s auto-submit sends it.
